About Adele

Adele Gilani is founder, artist and curator at Adele Gilani Art Gallery.  She has a BFA from the University of Kentucky and has been an artist and arts advocate for over 20 years.

Adele’s painting philosophy is that we are all artists and in the words of local legend Kevin Kelly, “Making art is not selfish; it’s for the rest of us. If you don’t do your thing, you’re cheating us!”

Learning Adele’s method of painting is a way to explore, get inspired and ultimately add to your personal toolbox of painting techniques.

Creativity is a muscle. The more we practice creating, the closer we can get to our personal vision and our best self. A person doesn’t need more than a few items to make art at their kitchen table.

Let's Paint Together!

In Adele’s classes, she invites you to her kitchen table to drink some tea and learn her methods for completing a gorgeous painting.
